DWC CPAs and Advisors is pleased to announce Human Resources (HR) Generalist Madison H. Donnafield recently attained the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. The SHRM-CP accreditation requires knowledge in six topic areas, including organization, people, leadership, business, interpersonal, and workplace. The four-hour exam also tests situational judgement and decision-making skills. SHRM-CP certification displays competence in the HR field and HR excellence.
Growing up in Parker on Colorado’s Front Range, Madison attended high school in Highlands Ranch. Her higher education journey led her to Grand Junction, where she enrolled at Colorado Mesa University (CMU) and graduated in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, concentrating in hospitality management and human resources.
Shortly after graduating, Madison joined DWC’s human resources team in June. In her role, she helps implement the firm’s HR policies, provides day-to-day support, and serves as DWC’s main talent recruiter and onboarding specialist. Additionally, Madison is a member and Programs’ Director for the Western Colorado Human Resource Association (WCHRA) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
DWC CPAs and Advisors take great pride in supporting the professional growth and development of its employees. We commend Madison for her dedication to improving her skills, and we are delighted that she contributes to DWC’s commitment to retaining a team of exceptionally skilled professionals capable of providing top-tier services to our valued team members.
