Professional Experience

Steve joined DWC in 1980 and was a principal from 1987 – 2018. He also served as president and chairman of the board from July 2005 – June 2016. Steve now serves in a part-time role with the firm. He has considerable experience and expertise in the areas of real estate development and investment, as well as the lodging, restaurant, recreation, construction and retail industries. Steve particularly enjoys business, financial, and estate and tax planning and consulting.
