DWC CPAs and Advisors is proud to announce the promotion of Amber L. Elsberry, CPA, CGMA, to the role of Financial Controller.
Amber brings over 20 years of experience in public accounting to her role as Financial Controller at DWC CPAs and Advisors and DWC Wealth Advisors. Since joining DWC in 2011, she has steadily advanced within the organization—first as Senior Financial Accountant, then as Assistant Controller and Supervisor in 2018, and ultimately to her current leadership role. As Controller, Amber leads a team of finance professionals dedicated to ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong emphasis on accuracy and integrity.
Amber is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). She is a member of both the Colorado Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. She holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and public accounting from Colorado Mesa University. When not working she enjoys watching her son play competitive and high-school baseball for the Fruita Wildcats.
