Set Up Your Payment User Account

While you don’t need an account to make an individual payment, having one gives you a lot more options.

In addition to allowing for automated recurring payments and bank transfers, an account lets you view previous payments, save and use payment methods, and link multiple accounts to one user. If you pay via ACH bank transfer (e-check), there is no fee. Payments made with a credit card will incur a processing fee.

No, however, we recommend you set one up. Having an account saves you time and provides you more convenience options such as viewing past invoices and payments, linking accounts for one user to access multiple invoices and payments, setting up auto and recurring payments, and saving your payment method.

All invoices—electronic or paper—can be paid online. However, only electronic invoices delivered on or after February 15, 2024, can be viewed in PDF form in your user account.

Yes! To sign up to receive your invoices by email, just complete our electronic invoices form, or reach out to our support team at billing@dwcadvisors.com for assistance. Once set up, you can pay right from your electronic invoice, no need to go online.

For clients receiving their invoices by email, you can simply use the 1-click button in the email to pay. Watch our instructional video to learn more.
